Hope someone can help me out, just got the av2100 to go with my system which consist of tv=kv32fs16 which works great
vcr= go video, I cannot get this to work with any of the codes provided or the searching feature listed in the manual
stereo=sony strde845, seems to work ok with most functions but i thought the dsp button on the av2100 woould i allow me to change settings such as left-right-center-rear speaker volume and change to different hall, these buttons are on the remote but do not work cd=sony 5 disk carosel, works fine
dvd-jvc with 3 disc tray, just can't change discs hope somone can just help me with some of these probelms. Thanks in advance Brian.

The 2100 is a "Learning" remote so the best thing to do is "teach" it the codes you want it to use. It is a great learner and can even learn 3 to 5 codes on one button if you push the keys fast enough when teaching it from an existing remote.
The only reason that you would "search" through the built in codes is if you do not have the original remotes or you have run out of memory in the 2100.
But as Daniel Tonks has commented on in the past, he has never seen it run out of memory so this should not be a concern.

For reference, the DSP device on the AV2100 is only preprogrammed with codes for Sony preamps, not receivers. Thus, you'll need to learn them.
