Anyone know if they exist? I need them for the RM-AV2100, but I haven't bought the remote yet; I want to make sure the codes exist before I purchase it.

I have DCT 2000 and RV-AM2000 - there is a list of couple codes for GI in the manual, the first one worked for me. Even if it doesn't work for some reason- it is a learning remote, if you have an older remote which worked with GI you can teach your RV-AM2100 new tricks.
