The lower (non-lcd) channel buttons will not function(+ or -) with the AV-2100 on my XBR. I have tried to reprogam the factory code(001), to no avail, it still wont work. The LCD function keys work fine, I cant determine the problem, can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

You are in Change 2 mode. Switch to Change 1 mode, by pressing the Change button in the upper-left corner of the display... ... Mike

If you are really in mode 1, then all I can think of is you've erased those keys. Simplest solution? Learn from your original remote (that'll even fix the Change 2 issue).

I tried learning from the factory remote, still no avail!(sucessfully programed my dish remote ect.) The funny thing is that it is sending a code of some type when I push the button, just not the right one! There is a small indicator that is on when you push the key! I might have a bad one!

Very strange problem... which confusingly nearly matches a known issue! :-)
