The right arrow and left arrows are rewind and cue respectively, but I can't use chapter forward and chapter backwards anywhere (I ended up using chapter 1 and chapter 2 buttons to perform the chapter seek functions). Is there a way to get a chapter seek function other than my sloppy method? Thanks.

What remote? If the 2000/2100, have you looked at the Channel hard button lately? ;-)
