BEGIN RANT:
No offense to anyone in particular, but I continue to be amazed at the number of posts seeking pre-programmed codes for learning remotes. I guess maybe it's a mindset people get in from always having used non-learners in the past.
Granted, codes can make life a little easier to get started even on a learning remote, and occasionally the learning process can be slightly tricky, but if you can't locate a pre-programmed code within a minute or two, you may as well go right ahead and learn the functions. It'll be faster, and once you realize how "customizable" learning is, you won't be thinking about codes very much in the future.
END RANT.
Thankyou!

Point well taken. However, I had a Cinema 7 learner run out of memory when I needed just one more function for a new VCR. With some research I found the advanced code and added it without a hiccup. Thus, I look for advanced codes first, and save the learning memory for other needs.
Just my 2 cents...

However, here in the Sony forum, most of the learning remotes have far more memory than you'll need. :-)

That's why I have a Cinema 7 and a VL-900, the best of both worlds (and what I was able to snag off of the clearance tables!).
