I program my Denon Receiver in to my AV2100 according to specs. However, when I press the AMP button the selections on the AV2100 do not show all the components available on the receiver. For example, I don't get a DVD button, is there another settup I can use to display additional components when I select AMP.

Lam see page 16 of the manual to "Learn" keys that do not directly assign to the RM-av2100

Also, try the Sony Denon code for the 2100 DVD component button directly, you never know, sometimes these work.
If you do need to learn, the DVD button is usually a better place to learn the DVD functions anyway. The "Amp" component is usually too crowded already, and DVD has default touch-keys that match up well with a DVD (I guess this is a "duh" statement, but you can see what I'm driving at here).
