I just ordered the 2100 and was wondering if the "Volume", "Channel" and "Mute" hard keys are programmable under different component categories.
In other words, can the "Channel" change the channels on the television and then change the channels on the cable box with different screens. Otherwise I suspect I would have to set Channel Up and Down on one of the programmable keys on the touchscreen.

Those hard buttons are assigned to each 'device', not remote-wide.
