I just called them (my remote came with a manual in French) and they told me that no manuals or downloadable PDF files appear on their website. If you give them a call and mention that you need one, they will send it to you via mail in a few days.

You can get some manual online at the Canadian Sony Store.
I think it is sonystyle.ca or something like that, anyways, if you go to product detail, there is a link for the manual.
