Although I've lost my manual too, I believe this is the appropriate way to reprogram the RM-PP402:
1. press 'IR SET' button
2. press the function button for the device to control
3. enter the 2 digit code (if there are more than 2 digits, enter the last 2)
4. press 'ENTER D. TUNING'

I need the codes for configuring:
DVD Pioneer 626D --> the original codes for Pioneer Dvds don´t works well, for example the DVD menu.
