I replaced my old CM 7775 UHF only pre-amp yesterday with the dual band 7777 and, not surprisingly, both CTV 9.1 and CHCH 11.1 are back with excellent signal strength (80%+). Was hoping I just might catch CKVR 3.1 from Barrie passing through the back of my antenna - nope (I use to be able to pick up analogue channel 3 back in the day). Aside from the two new/old channels coming back, the new pre-amp also yielded a huge signal increase for the myTV and ION stations. Those deep Buffalo stations had been hit and miss (50/50 maybe?) but they are now rock solid. The new amp pretty much boosted the signal strength of all channels across the board, but most noticeably for 49 and 51.

Its been ages since I sat down and analyzed channel signal strengths... guess I forgot how much variance there is at any given point in the day. Late last night (after midnight this morning) I was catching CBS 8.1 and Bounce 8.2 pretty steady out of Rochester (30%+ signal), and the three PBS stations (WXXI 21.1-21.3) were almost max signal strength. Those channels were not there earlier yesterday afternoon and as I suspected they had vanished by the time I woke up this morning.

Current list of unique channels I have set for viewing are:
2.1
2.2
4.1
5.1
7.1
9.1
11.1
17.1
17.3
19.1
23.1
25.1
29.1
29.2
36.1
40.1
41.1
47.1
49.1
49.2
51.1
51.2
51.3
57.1

Just curious if anybody "up here" (north of the city) ever picks up ME TV 67.1-67.4 out of Buffalo? I'm now debating increasing the height of my mast a few meet (1m?) might help pull in this station. I do realise how weak the signal is to begin with though.

I'm around the lake a little from your location and no I've not been able to pick up 67.1 - 67.4 but I am getting exactly the same lineup of channels you have with the same outdoor equipment. What is your current antenna height ?. Also you are likely set at about 135 degrees to catch the stations you are picking up and 67.1 would require you to be able to catch them around 150 degrees from magnetic north.

My antenna is mounted in a 3 leg tripod which is fixed at the peak of my roof. The mast itself is maybe 1M.

I'm in a two story house just south of Mayfield and west of McLaughlin. My antenna is aiming south-east targeting probably north Buffalo.
