I own a Polaroid TDA-03211C TV/DVD Combo, 32". It came with the wrong remote. I contacted customer support and they sent me the correct one swiftly. One problem, it doesn't work, I've tried the codes in the manual. I've also tried the function where it tries to get the code from the device, I still got nothing.

It's not communicating with the TV at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
