i just bought this remote and can not get it to work on my tv.i have a olevia lcd tv and remote has no codes

Just FYI, he's using an innovage jumbo remote [Link: remotecentral.com]and yes, you probably did waste your money. If you'd like a remote that will work the Olevia, let me know as I have some. |

I'd buy the remote from Robman, because no universal or oem remote has code for the new Olevia tv's.

So maybe Robman can enlighten me....I also have an Olevia TV. What remote should I get??? I have DVR box w/ a remote made by Synergy V. I'd really like to know. Having two remotes is not the end of the world but it would help to only have one.

I can pre-load the Olevia code into any of the remotes that I sell, but I've never heard of a Synergy DVR. If you want, you could send me the Synergy remote and I could capture the signals from it and load both codes into a remote. [Link: hifi-remote.com] |

I have an older model URC-9960 and I was able to upgrade it with Olevia codes over the phone. They have a few other upgradeable models I believe.

That code you had upgraded to your remote was TV 1610.
