I have a MX600, it is having difficulty with the punch through feature allowing volume control through my MX600 for cable tv controlling my Harmon Kardon Audio Receiver. I have a feeling that my MX600 flash does not fully accomodate the Motorola HD Set Top box capabilities. Therefore, when I try to "punch through" to enable volume control via cable device mode (controlling the Harmon K. audio receiver) it does not recognize this.

The MX600 is able to mute the Harmon Kardon volume but unable to control volume.

any suggestions from the experts out there?

Thanks.

In the Audio device does it control the HK vol? If it doesn't, how do you expect to punch-through the volume to the cable device? If it does control the vol n the aud device, then try the following:

1. main & ent
2. punch
3. volume
4. Cable device key
5. Audio device key
6. main
7. main
