Hello, I accidentally locked my 20 inch HiSense LCD TV (Model No. TC2020) with my RCA universal remote control and I cannot unlock it. I can turn the TV on and off, but all I get is a blue bar that says "LOCKED" and I have no idea how this happened, or what to do in order to unlock it. The model number of my RCA remote is RCR412B. Any help would be very much appreciated! |

did you find out how to fix it, i did the same thing but with a different universal remote and i can't figure it out for the life of me

All, Find someone with a Harmony remote and have them add the Hisense TV to the devices on their remote. I successfully unlocked a friends Hisense TV with my remote.
Or you can spend the money on the Logitech Harmony remote for yourself. |
