Is there any way to make the previous channel function work on my GE U401 remote? I have a new Samsung TV (TXJ2067) in which all other key functions work except that one. GE was of no help.This remote was able to learn this command for a Toshiba TV by punching in a series of steps.

I can't help you with your question but can you help me with mine? I have a GEU401 and I cant get it to work. We just got it from a sale and I know that it works but I dont know how to program it. We also have a geu101 that I would like to get working. Can you help?
