I am having problems getting my rc9200 to connect to my computer in order to be able to upgrade the firmware & configure the remote.I have tried 3 different computers with known good serial ports & have tried one with an usb adapter that works with other devices.I have tried using xp & windows 98 with no sucess.When I try to upload or download configuartions I get an error & the details say com1 is open but does not reconize the remote.any help would be appreciated as I am really struggling to get this issue solved!!!! THank You
