I bought a TC1000 on Ebay (sigh) and it works fine except for the fact that I constantly have to recalibrate it (at least once or twice a day) b/c the screen loses functionality around the edges.

Any suggestions or am I just screwed?

Update your charging system(batteries) with some higher voltage and try using the very tip of your index finger. I have large hands and I don't have any problems what-so-ever! Oh yeah, stop recalibrating your remote so much, you confuse the remote, I MAY ONLY recalibrate my remote maybe once(1) every two(2) months. Remember, just a quick touch works better than a slow HARD push!!!
