Does anyone else think the Harman TC1000/IRIQ is too big, bulky and heavy to be truely functional? I would like to hear others' reactions after using the remote for awhile. Thanks.

I think the size is OK. I have been using it for a while, mostly one-handed. But, using it one-handed does require the buttons being on the far right (I'm right handed) so my thumb can reach them. Size of the buttons makes this more difficult than it should be because they are pretty small. If they could have their size increased then one-handed operation would be easier.
However, it is still a pretty powerful remote, and I don't think the PHAST, AMX, Crestron, or any other remote of its caliber is going to claim one-handed operation. It is certainly functional even if you have to use two hands.
