Well, it happened today. I pressed the mute button when the phone rang and the IRIQ went crazy. It kept sending the mute signal and cycling my receiver between mute and unmuted. I replaced the batteries and reset it. Now the touch screen and volume +/- hard buttons don't work anymore. Guess I'll be sending it back tomorrow. I've only used it about 1 month. Has this happened to anyone else

I just got one of these a couple of days ago, and twice it has frozen up and I have had to use the reset button to get it working again. I'm not sure if this one is defective, or if the built in software has bugs.
