5-IN-1 Remote 4006N RF/IR Learning Remote. Approx $35.00. Not sure about quality never used it.

OneForAll 8810W at Walmart for $18, but it doesn't have a large capacity, maybe about 25 keys for the entire remote. You can add to the capacity by using keymover, and add even more by using JP-1. There is a JP-1 forum here which will give you more info about it.

Checkout the Sony VL700, its a fully learning remote. My 82 year-old father won't give it up.
