I doubt it, no preprogrammed universal has code for D10 sats yet. Upgradeable remotes from UEI can have codes loaded over the phone for the D10, which is SAT code 1377.

Does UEI have any remotes with favorite channel buttons or macros?

They have macros, and FAV key that can be programmed. Sounds like you should get a mx-500, it doesn't have a code for D10, but can be taught.

This is for an old lady that is 97 years old. The least amount of buttons the better. Any other recommendations?
