Hi everybody!! I lost the remote to my Apex Digital DVD player (model AD-1225) and purchased a universal remote ("One for All" is the brand, and the model # is URC-8810B00). The code supplied in the remote's instructions doesn't work on the DVD player; even the search for code method is ineffective. I contacted Apex Digital directly and was informed that there are no codes for that model DVD player(!?) and that I would have to buy a new remote. Is there any way to "extract" the code from the player itself? Thanks.
