Hi,

first of all, please excuse my english, I'm from germany !
I took the remote wonder of my father and wanted to install it on my sys (xp prof, all available updates). I read, that it's also possible to use it without an aiw-card (I have a sapphire 9700), but I can't get it to work! It works perfectly at my fathers pc, but I only get a bluescreen, if I put the receiver in, after I installed the drivers/software!! ! I did everything, I could, but I didn't manage it! Does somebody know this problem?

Some more Infos about my System:

Duron 1400 @ 2236
Abit NF7
Sapphire 9700 (Omega 2.4.96c / The Catalyst 4.4 didn't make it better )
Terratec Aureon 5.1 Fun
Technotrends DVB-T TV-Card
Xp Prof with all available updates

Okay, I manually cleaned the registry and erased x10uif.sys (that's the file, that is responsible for the bluescreens..)until now
And it did not work, I think, I try a reinstall now, if anyone knows something or needs more information, please post!
I hope, you can help me,

greets

schmani :)

Just as a general suggestion, look for updated chipset drivers and BIOS for your motherboard.
