Help! I followed the instructions for upgrading the firmware (mine came with 1.x) making sure the screen saver and all other software was off... the upgrade froze halfway through and didn't move for about 25 minutes, so I had to kill the software.
Now the remote is hosed, will not swich on, will not reset and the sofware to update it won't even start the download. The IR lamps are constantly lit and get warm, and the batteries get warm, but there's no way for me to fix it!
Help! Has anyone else had this kind of problem? I don't know what to do if the damn reset button doesn't even work!
