I am looking for codes for DVD players to program into my Philips Magnavox Universal Remote. I am particularly looking for the code for a Mintek DVD player. However, I have no been able to find any DVD codes on any of the websites. Thank you to anyone who can help me!

Magnavox remotes are not all made by the same company, so they don't all use the same codes. Therefore, you would need to provide a model number for your remote for anyone to be able to help you. Once we have that model number, all we would do is go to http://www.gemini-usa.com to see if they have a PDF of your printed manual and if so, see if the manual lists DVD codes. If it doesn't, it probably means that your remote doesn't support DVD players.

If that's the case, you need a new remote.
