The only one I know of is the Balboa "Dolphin". But as far as I am aware that comes only with a U.S. code library. Don't know if that will work for you or not, it will depend on what equipment you want to control. You may have some luck with Japanese brands, but don't bet on finding much compatibility with U.K. satellite or cable boxes, European brand name TVs, etc.
