Can anyone help me with a remote code for the dish 501 pvr with this remote? I have searched for days with no luck. All me devices are programed except the the pvr. Please help.

Make sure your receiver is set to address #1, there are 16 different addresses, but only one you'll find in any universal remote is address #1.

I called Dishnetwork to change the remote address and...BINGO everything works! Thanks a million.
