I also have a RCA. I found the information you may be looking for at Thomson Service Company. The phone number is: 1-800-264-8854. They gave me the list of programming numbers I needed and told me where to find it online, but I didnt have a lot of luck finding the site online...it is www.THOMSONSERVICE.com then go to publications. Good luck...
