I've had this remote for a few months now. Knowing how cheap it is compared to fuller-featured learning remotes, I don't mind so much its limitations... but I don't know what they are! The manual does not state the maximum number of learned keys, only giving vague advice when one runs into problems.
The problem I keep running into is that when I program a key for another device, I sometimes lose all the learned keys for another device. Then I go back and try to program the device that forgot, and it won't learn, or maybe it will work just fine... at which point another device has lost the learned functions for one or keys. And heaven help me if I try to teach one device settings from two different remotes!
I figure I'm pushing this budget remote to its limits, but the behavior it exhibits is inconsistent. Perhaps if Philips had been a little more open about what this remote is capable of, I'd be able to use this remote more to its potential.
Anyway, li'l help? Any experience with this remote?

I'm sorry I can not help with constraints. It is a cheap remote. I've lost use of my remote, do you have the programming codes?
