I'm looking for an IR remote that can turn on and off *multiple* devices at a pre-set time. Actually I would like to have it replace my clock radio: turn on my TV and satellite box, and change channels to one of the music channels.
Smarthome.com sells a clock radio that can control devices via IR, but I do not believe it can handle multiple devices.
Any ideas?

The only remotes that come to mind are all discontinued, they're the one-for-all urc-8080, 8090, 8800, 9800. Or going way back, there's the Realistic(radio shack) 15-1901, 1901A,and the 1903. There's the Memorex CP8 and CP8 Turbo. all can be found on ebay.

Rats! I figured the 2116/7 and 8/9910 would be like newer versions of the OFAs you mentioned and have those capabilities. That old saying "they don't make 'em like they used to" rears its ugly head once more :(
