HELP.........i need a very dependable remote, not the piece of crap rca's i've got to control my rca sat. reciever, zenith television, and g.e. dvd player...

$30-$50, the only feature i want is to not have to re-program the thing every time i use it...... i do need to be able to switch between video1 and s-video to play my dvd's.....
