Just read the manual on this remote and found no explicit mention of volume "punch-through", though I did get the feeling somewhere along the way that the Volume +/- buttons will send the Amp's codes. If any owners of this remote read this, can you confirm whether this is in fact the case? Can the volume codes for other devices be programmed onto the Volume +/- buttons (or must some of the programmable Direct buttons be used for the purpose)?

Thanks.

Jacques.

Sure. This is easy to do. On the Marantz RC2000 MkII, simply switch to the device for which you want to alter the volume controls, enter LEARN mode, press the Volume + key, and then with your receiver's remote positioned below the Marantz RC2000 MkII, press the reciever's Volume + key and hold it in until the RC2000 MkII flashes OK. Do the same for Volume - and any other reciever keys that you want to use. Switch from LEARN mode to USE mode and you'll have what you want.
