Any suggestions on a good universal remote under $400 dollars with macros functions. I would like something that is easily programmed to my components listed as follows:
B&K reference 50 pre-amp Adcom amps (GFA-2535 & GFA 555 II) Pioneer DVD DV-47AI Rotel CD player RCC-1055 Pioneer Elite 720 HD (RPTV)
Thanks for the help.

It all depends on what you are looking for in a remote.
If you like buttons I recommend a HTM MX-500 or MX-700 (look at the reviews)
If you like touchscreens then I would go with a Pronto or one of its relatives (but these take time to setup if you want to do it right, but I think it is worth it)
There is also the Harmony (there is a review of one of the models, but read what's new sep.16 for a newer model)
