Is there such a thing as a remote control with a password? We have a child who turns on the tv whenever. We would like to have a remote that has a programmed password that has to be entered to watch tv.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

No, but some people have programmed a Pronto with an access controled area (password protected area), so you should be able to do it for the whole rmote if you set it up that way
