I can't find a manual anywhere for it. can someone please help me. i have a kick ass remote but can't use it... please e-mail me any info. thanks.

Can someone tell me how to enter the learn mode. I can't find my manual.

Rich: Using something like a paper clip, push the indented MODE button until you see the word LEARN flashing.
You are then in Learn mode and it functions the way most other remotes do.
Press the Device button on the RC2000 that you want to learn to (VCR), then press the function button on the 2000 (PLAY), and then the corresponding button on your original remote (PLAY), for example.
The manual says to Press and Hold the button on the original remote until "OK" appears. Or do it again if "AGAIN" appears. If "NG" appears consistently, then the RC2000 cannot learn that code.
