don't know the name for remote control feature i am seeking ... hope for counsel from some better educated power users.
SCENARIO: often will check the TV guide channel, let it scroll a few moments, and pick 3 - 10 simultaneously scheduled programs in which i MIGHT have an interest.
DESIRE: would like to be able to key in a handful of different channels to punch through (fer instance, at 6pm it might be NBC News, PBS News, Sportscenter, TLC, History, and a few hours later it might be NBC, FOx, ABC, HGTV, Golf Channel) then i could scroll thru that session's "picks" and compare programming and make choice, without having to write down the possibilities.
make sense? any suggestions?
thanks, Kevin

Not following you. Do you mean you want to temporarily setup 10 channels and have one button to scroll through just these 10? Like a channel up button?
