I recently purchased an RCA mini DV camcorder and, according to the manual, need an RCA RCU800 to control it. Is there a generic (read LESS EXPENSIVE) remote that will do this?

Hmmm... it is very hard to find a remote, I think, that handles mini-systems. This may be RCA's answer. At $40 full price, it seems fairly cheap to me...
