SmartHome catalog is selling Home Producer learning remote for $110. It says it sends both IR for local control and RF signal to a receiver at the equipment which then converts signal to IR for the equipment.
I have been considering buying one but have not yet.

Let me know how it works.

The RF is for the base station. It does not talk the same language as the Bose.
