I have a remote that the only name on it is "1Control" or "Control1" and the model #8254. Help with finding codes please.

I have a 1Control remote that I was about to take to the church garage sale tomorrow. I have the sheet of codes that came with it. What brands/devices would you like to know?

I took a look at my remote; it's an 8254 also. I looked at the codes. They seem to be codes from the UEIC library - I've always thought this was one of their remotes - they make OneForAll remotes, and remotes under several other brand names too.
The 8254 is similar to the URC-4000, so refer her for a user's manual:

You can look up codes here:

Omit the highest digit (leftmost)to get 3-digit codes from the 4-digit codes listed.

Good luck

Thanks for the info. I will try the codes listed.
