I have not been able to paste discrete IR commands from the website into Pronto Edit 2.0. I was able to do it with 1.05. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong?

you have to change your pronto ini file to include the line "developer = 1". This packaged version of the software was not intended for real custom programming, only the basics.
