Did you try searching for Sherwood Receiver and 1994 in the forums here? I've answered this question a couple of times.
The 15-1994 does not have codes to support Sherwood remotes. The proper numbers would be 0491 or 0502, but those numbers from the OFA device code library were omitted from the 15-1994 to make room for Radio Shack Optimus devices. Other remotes made by UEIC, like the OneForAll Cinema 7, do have these codes.
It is possible to add these codes to your 15-1994 using a homemade interface box to a PC, and I have done just that. Information at:
