First of all, I wouldn't have paid any money for this remote control, (it came bundled with a video/remote sender that was cheaper than the other videosenders on their own!). It's badly designed and doesn't control all the items I have.
Mini review over!
Until I get a better universal/learning remote I want to get this one up and running. I can't get it to operate some important functions on either the TV, VCR, Sky Digibox or analog satellite box (well I can't get it to operate the analog satellite box at all!)
I've tried all the codes listed for each device, and the best ones for both the TV and VCR had buttons that were 'mapped' wrong.
My equipment:
Hitachi 2546TN - TV
Sony SLV-SF90 - VCR
Sky Digibox - DSat
Grundig GRD250 - Sat
Nokia DTT box - OnDigital (though I don't think it has a chance with this device)
If anyone can help I would be grateful. BTW I'm in the UK
