I'm having some troubles finding any sort of help with my Panasonic Universal Remote Control. As far as I can tell, the serial # is Y8QS1560. It's etched very poorly on the back of the remote just below the battery insertion instructions.
On the front, it says:
Program Director MB
VCR/TV/CABLE*DSS
UNIVERSAL
Sorry for going into a great deal of possibly unnecessary detail, but I'm not even sure if I was able to read the serial # correctly. ;)
