Was wondering if anyone could please help me with the RCU 810. I just got it - it works great with my TV, VCR, DVD, Satellite dish but I can't figure out how to get it work the X-10 light modules I have. That is one thing that is driving me nuts. The "manual" says it can handle it but I called RCA and they were no help. I see the code list and tried all the codes but nothing happens. I am not sure if I am pushing the right buttons or what? I have another remote specially for X-10 but having two remotes isn't what I bought the other one for. Has anyone got the RCU810 to work home automation? Thanks!

You need a receiver called the IR543 which converts your IR transmission from the remote into an X10 signal over the powerline. See the X10 forum at RemoteCentral and search on IR543. You can order one for about $20+S&H or pay more through Radio Shack.
