ATTENTION

Please follow these simple instructions when seeking information for your remote control, including codes, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Click here first for the PROGRAMMING YOUR UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL page. You'll be surprised how much info is there. Check the list of links on the page that can help you.

2) Click here second. This is the REMOTE CONTROL GLOSSARY page. Familiarize yourself with some terms you may not know.

3) Click here third for the SEARCH page and do a search by keyword (follow the instructions on that page). For example, for information on a Sony VL-900, enter SONY and 900 in the search area. You can pick which forum to search in. In this case, try the SONY forum. If you can't find it there, try searching ALL forums.

4) Finally, click here last (after at least completing a SEARCH) for the UNIVERSAL REMOTES forum AND ONLY THEN, post your question ....... IN A NEW THREAD!!! (see "Create New Thread" in the forum window at the top). You can also post your NEW THREAD in a specific forum. For example, in the Sony forum for questions on Sony remote controls. Go here to pick a specific forum.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you include the name (and if possible, the manufacturer) of your remote control, its model number, and any other pertinent information (very often this information can be found on one side of the battery cover, or perhaps under the batteries) ...... and what component(s) you are trying to control along with each appropriate model number, etc.

NOTE: Click here for The Robman's highly informative web site for any questions regarding the popular Radio Shack RS-1994, the Cinema 7, and other OneForAll remotes.

Thank you for cooperating!

... Greg :-)
