Hey guys;

I'm new so go easy

(And yes I tried searching plenty before posting :) )

I just got an RC9800i and am trying to hook up the EPG service.

Whenever I enter the subscription code the remote won't connect and acts as if it is offline (when it's definitely connected to my Wi-Fi)

The remote kicks out "Unable to connect to activation" when entering the code AND when try to test the connection.
