I just recently bought a TSU7000 off of Ebay (yeah, I know). It is supposedly barely even used. I just received it the other day - everything was packaged perfectly - original box, cloth bags, etc. It looked like it was never even taken out of the box. I took it out and tested it - everything works perfectly. The only thing is, if I shake the remote, I can hear something rattling inside of it. It's definitely not a loose part shaking around, I can tell whatever is rattling is stationary and probably attached at some point. I assume this is not normal? I started to open it up via the 4 small screws on the back, but it wouldn't come apart after I removed the screws and I didn't want to risk breaking anything, so I just put the screws back. Has anyone taken apart their Pronto before? Should I try to get my money back on this thing?

There is a very slight rattle which is the motion sensor. There are a few posts about taking them apart. I believe in addition to the screws there are 4 or 6 clips on the sides (2 or 3 per side).

I believe that is the pickup sensor.. mine (brand new from local dealer) also sounds like it has a small part rattling around.. I just quit shaking it.. :)

It's the pickup sensor. DON'T take it apart. It takes some good experience not to break the clips on the side. Also, if you disconnect the screen, it may need to be sent to Philips for recalibration.
