The TSU7500 falls under the
Philips Pronto NG Family forum section.
That being said, I own a TSU7500 myself. Hasn't been in use for years though as I upgraded to the TSU9600. Performed a quick forum search as I've chimed in on this error message in the past. See
here. Should be helpful. A number of people chimed in as to the possible resolution.
