Hello
I’m owner of PHILIPS PRONTO SBC RU990 and display of screen has a problem Other functions of the remote control are ok and I would like to change just the screen. First do you know what is the exact reference of screen because I find LPH7123-1 and it is for a RU980 model ? Second do you know where I can find the process to remove the screen and to replace by a new one ?

I do not have an answer to your questions, but - if you wil hold on to the Pronto - I think you should consider to try to get another one. There are sometimes rather cheap to buy. The only replacement parts which one can get rather easily are batteries. |

Thank for your answer , I thought it was possible to find electronic company whitch was able to change a sreen by replacing by a one of an other generation

Yes, but each generation is an older generation.
It seems that kind of companies are out of business.
It's a pity Philips stopped with the prontos (a while ago).

LPH7123 is the screen part number and if you can find a used TSU7000/7500 on Ebay, you can swap out the screen with no issues. The Screen on the TSU6000 will not work nor will the screens for the TSU9600, 9800, 9300, or the 9400. |
