I am trying to assign the hard buttons on the TSU7000.

I have assigned the buttons on the system page by linking them to the relevent codes for changing channel on me Humax Freesat box and the volume on my Aego P5 surround decoder.

However neither work, any idea why?

BTW the volume codes work fine if I go directly to a page set up for the AEGO using soft buttons.

OK. By chance does the AEGO page reside in a device that is assigned to a specific RF Extender?

Make sure that the Hard Buttons on the devices in question have no Actions assigned(including a Delay 0.1s) and that there are no Special Actions assigned.

This will make the hard button punch-through.

No

The only page that seems to have any reference to the hard buttons is the system page that has a link to the soft button on the Aego page.
